The minimum charge is $275.00

Anything over 2250 square feet is 11 cents per square foot.

Condos:  $225.00

There are no upcharges for lawn sprinklers or crawl spaces.

• Septic Systems- $75.00
• Outdoor Cooking Equip.- $50.00
• Water wells with coliform analysis (e-coli)- $75.00
